How would I create a backup of DO Community tutorials?

I’m currently attempting to archive all of the tutorials on the DO Community. In Iran, from what I’ve heard their Internet is close to being completely shut off from the rest of the world (like when they shut it off for a week in 2019). I want to get a full archive of all of the markdown files in the Community tutorials and send them to someone who lives in the country so that they can at least gain some knowledge.

What’s the best way to do this?

I am afraid that this is not possible.

I could suggest noting down specific information from some tutorials that you may need, but exporting all of the website content could be considered as a malicious activity.
