How would I use ftp instead of sftp on my virtual hosts.

I seem have set up working ftp but I’m having trouble with errors, especially The requested URL /installer.php/ was not found on this server.

I realize this doesn’t answer your question, but have you considered using SCP instead of FTP?

Thanks Kamal but I’ve done a new install for my droplet. The quick wordpress install but the only thing is I’m now having trouble with mysql. I’m getting this error: ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user ‘root’@‘localhost’ (using password: YES) <br> <br>Any help would be apprecieated. I shall look at that article and see if it can help me. <br>
