DigitalOcean also provides droplets in Singapore. This will be the closest (geolocated) for you that you can get. I still don’t think that it will be one of the lowest latencies, but if you would like to test I can setup a simple droplet for you!

DigitalOcean provides Speed Test and sample files (10 MB and 100 MB) for all data center, so you can check latency and speed.
