I take it you are following a tutorial and experiencing this issue, is that correct? If so, can you please provide me with the tutorial so that I know what to look at?
Additionally, the error

Suggests you were not able to reach the mongodb server. Are you sure it’s running? Can you please try to start it and see if it would work then?
