It depends on the way that you want to set this up. For example, I have the https://quizapi.ip running on a single Droplet.

However, if you wanted to spin up a separate server for each of your clients, what you could do is pre-configure your server and take a snapshot of it. Then using the snapshot you could start new servers based on that snapshot. Also, you could automate the process using the DigitalOcean API.

Another option would be to use the new DigitalOcean App platform and spin up instances of your PHP application on there by just providing a link to your GitHub repository.
