I am not able to connect droplet to filezilla

Filezilla is not connecting . On Port 22 It is showing authentication failed could not connect to server. On port 21 it is showing connection timed out… I did everything turned my windows firewall off and enabled my droplets password authentication. It is still not working. What should I do. I have to transfer image to my droplet. Please I need Help.

Hello there,

You can also check that all the settings configured in FileZilla are correct (sometimes during an update FileZilla can remove any saved profiles, e.g server settings and options and you’ll need to configure everything from scratch).

The tutorial which Bobby mentioned will cover the process of connecting your droplet with FileZilla.

As you are getting authentication failed error, I would recommend either resetting your Droplet’s password or making sure that you are passing the correct SSH key.
