We need to login our exiting droplet and we are not able to login from SFTP or SSh or any other interface after changed my root password. So is it any other alternative way to login in my droplet or any other steps which i need to perform from my end to fix it ?

did you tried with Console access from DO control panel? if yes then you should try reset password from the same place.
