My first hosting experience on web. I created a droplet (Ubuntu 14.04 at Amsterdam bla bla). How can i put files into the my server?

The easiest way is to use program for FTP/SFTP uploads. I recommend FileZilla also, SFTP is always better. The default port for the SFTP is 22, so in FileZilla just use the SSH’s info (ip address, username & password)
For Newbie, like me, I find, using a control panel is the best option…
cPanel or DA for paid and for single domain or couple of personal websites, try zPanel (now Sentora)…
On a clean installation of Ubuntu or CentOS, install the panel, it does the rest, like FTP, MySQL or Apache and such…
