What is the reason for this report?

I can send email to my local domain but not outside my domain

I am using CentOS Linux release 7.4.1708 (Core) forwarded all the required ports needed for Sentora to function correctly on my router Installed Sentora Control panel setup domains and sub domains created 2 mailbox mail can be sent and received from those 2 email ID’s but cannot send email from those ID’s to other domain emails like gmail and hotmails i went through lots of blogs and videos. serverfault, stackoverflow, etc trying from last 2 weeks but still stucked please show me some way so that i can figure out
