Due to massive spam accounts, DigitalOcean have decided to disable payment via debit and prepaid cards. Your best option is to pay via PayPal or use your credit card
I have $10 promo code but I do not have any credit card. DO is not accepting debit card.
How can I use it?
You can't use credit from promo code before you activate account. Activating account means that you have to add credit card or send a payment via PayPal. Minimal payment with PayPal is $5.
This step is added to reduce number of fraudulent sign ups.
As you have debit card, you can pay with PayPal. Then you'll be able to use credits from promo code.
