So I have 3 droplet. 2 of it suddenly cannot access from browser, ping return timeout, I can login and see there’s nothing related to bandwith. I can open via web console all of them.
Any guidance how to do troubleshooting on this?

Have you attempted to restart your web server on those droplets, or checked the logs?
Based on your tags you are running Apache. If this is on Ubuntu you can run
service apache2 restart
to restart apache. You can check your error logs by looking at the file /var/log/apache2/error.log
If restarting your web server brings things back up, please share the last lines of the error log before it shut down here and I’ll be happy to help you track down the problem.
