I cannot deactivate my account. It has been auto charged every month even after I remove my credit information.
This is very bad feeling that user cannot deactivate their account and system didn’t tell the exact reason. I have nothing left in the account, balance is 0, no team, nothing.
I tried to deactivate many times but just doesn’t work and carry on giving me ‘forbidden’ message with NO other content. I felt like Digital Ocean is intend to get my money and make this deactivate process unreasonable difficult.
