I cannot deactivate my account. It has been auto charged every month even after I remove my credit information.

This is very bad feeling that user cannot deactivate their account and system didn’t tell the exact reason. I have nothing left in the account, balance is 0, no team, nothing.

I tried to deactivate many times but just doesn’t work and carry on giving me ‘forbidden’ message with NO other content. I felt like Digital Ocean is intend to get my money and make this deactivate process unreasonable difficult.

Unfortunately, this isn’t something the community can really help you with as we have no control over accounts. You’ll need to get in touch with the support team to get your account deactivated.
