I have not been able to destroy my droplet and it’s been a month I’ve tried to reach to the customer service. I’m constantly billed without someone to resolve this issue.
As a disclaimer, I have read all instruction and I’m familiar with DigitalOcean system. My droplet is named ubuntu-s-4vcpu-8gb-sgp1-01 with IP: 178.128.56.210. I’m trying to destroy my droplet (powered off) but seems I always get an error page that says “Looks like something when wrong”
Can someone please help me. I’ve been charged for 632 hour of droplet that I don’t want to use.
Any help is appreciated. If needed I have several screenshots for evidence.
Sincerely, Daniel Kurniadi (dexicondeka@gmail.com)
