I reseted my root pasword with using Access->Reset root password. After then My website is inactive. I cant reach my server with using Putty. Graphs -> CPU show CPU using is %0. What can I do about that?

When you reset the root password, the Droplet is rebooted. Usually waiting a few minutes for the OS and all the services to start up works. Did you have a firewall configured on your Droplet? It’s possible that the rules were misconfigured on reboot, locking you out. Are you able to log in using the Remote Console in the control panel?
