I created a new domain, which isn't showing up

I created a new domain, upong doing so it came up with an ‘oops there was an error’ message. After this i tried to create again, but now it says it already exists. I am also unable to contact support as the ‘ticket page’ doesnt seem to give me an option to create one. I need help ASAP.

Hello there,

The system performs a DNS lookup to see if the domain has already been added to DigitalOcean. If it has, you’ll receive a message that says Data domain example.com: Name already exists. If the domain has not been previously added to DigitalOcean’s DNS service, it will be added.

Please open a support ticket from within your account and include the domain name. You’ll need to verify ownership with a TXT record generated by the support and then they’ll remove the domain from the previous account so you can get it added.

You mentioned you are not able to contact support as it says, the ticket page doesn’t exist. Do you get the same message when you open the page above?
