I created my first droplet, it does, not accept my 2nd password.

When I created, it did give me a lengthier password into my email, which I am unable to copy paste, and after a lot of accuracy entering, into the password, it does ask me to change the password, and when I enter the 2nd password and enter, it does only accept me for the 1st password, and repeating with the same prompts asking me to change the password again, and then again back to square 1.

Hi Hansen,

I am trying to ssh into the IP, given, using Putty, it is giving me a network timeout error.

Hi @antoniomanojderose

It sounds like you’re trying to use the web-console via the control panel - that should only be used for emergencies. The rest of the time you should use an SSH client like PuTTY for Windows or the builtin Terminal on Mac.

Also, the first prompt is asking for the current password (which you’ve received on email), but the second prompt is your own custom password, and the third prompt is just asking to re-enter the custom password you entered in the second prompt.
