Hello everyone,
Please help.
I deleted my 2FA Authentication APP from my phone and I didnt create the backup codes from the settings of the account so now I cant get access to my DO account. The more problem is that I cant access the Google Account because I also have here the 2FA and dont create backup codes as well.
DO support doesn’t respond to me - I guess they send me the emails to the lost access Gmail account.
So I think about re setup the new droplet but I don’t know how to delete the old one if I can’t get access to the DO Account, but I have access to the putty console and have the FTP access so it is not a problem move to the new DO account and create the new droplet but how to deactivate the old one because in the old one I added the credit card data and I don’t know how to solve this issue.
Hope somebody could give some advice.
Best Regards, Chris Thanks

Hey @chrisbennett,
In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! - Bobby.
Hello,
I used this form and nobody give me the answers. But I ask contact with me for another my email and nobody reply. In this form you could add only DO email but as I told to the DO email I as well can`t get access because I delete the 2FA Autentificator APP.
Could you please provide me the direct DO support email in order to get in touch with them?
Thanks
