I do not live in the US. - Can I set up a reverse proxy in order to access content not available in my Country?

Yes, you can setup a proxy/VPN to use on our servers to access content that is not available in your country however you would still need to comply with our TOS/AUP.

Also we are constantly receiving new IP space from ARIN and given the limited availability of IPv4 space many of the netblocks we are receiving are coming from prior allocations and may not have the correct GeoIP Location information.

Sorry to jump on an older post, is there any way I could get some help with an IPsec VPN setup with ubuntu 13.04? I've used the builds around here, but I'm not able to connect with Windows 7 or android...
