Hello, @mehmetfaydin

Have you manually installed WordPress or you’ve deployed a droplet from our Marketplace?

You can easily recover your WordPress password by accessing the admin area login page and click the “Lost your password?” link. You can then enter either your Username or Email Address to receive the new password.

The other option is the reset the password from the WordPress database directly. If the above option is not working for you then check this question that was previously asked in the community:

Hope that this helps! Regards, Alex

Hello @mehmetfaydin ,

Thanks for reaching out! Please note that login credentials are not sent via email. You should have chosen an SSH key or set a password during Droplet creation. Droplets can be accessed via the console or using SSH. You can also reset the Droplet password.

The username to login from the Droplet console will be root, and the password you set.

The username to login via SSH would be ssh root@IP address

Please refer to our documentation for more details.

Hope this helps!

Cheers! Lalitha
