I don't own a Credit card

Got 100$ From github’s student program, but i don’t have a credit card are there other ways i can activate my account to use DigitalOcean?

I have the same problem and Paypal is also not available in my country :’( a student card with some govt. issued doc is much evidence :/

I made an account on Paypal, but paypal also requires me to use a credit card. What else can I do?

Paypal also connects directly to a bank account.

You can goto a store and get a prepaid visa or mastercard to use.

I have one, but when I try and enter the details, it says they do not currently accept prepaid cards.
