I don’s see a way to add a new credit card for payment. I have to change my CC info and your interface is confusing for adding a new card.

In the DO control panel click on billing on left. Click manage payments upper right. Click on Add credit card upper right. Enter new CC info,
You can then go back and delete your old CC number.
