I get '403 Forbidden' errors running sudo apt-get update Ubuntu 14.04

The error messages after the update run is:

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

I tried to clean the partial list:
rm -rf /var/lib/apt/lists/partial/*

But I have the same error.

Can someone help me?
