I got a DigitalOcean coupon can I still use it? And is multiple sites possible?

I got a $100 DigitalOcean coupon from Github months ago. I was wondering if I can still use it? I cant test it because I need to activate via $5 PayPal. I have no problem doing that but if it doesnt work I would like my $5 PayPal back so is refunds possible?

Also can I host multiple wordpress sites on 1 VPS? Is there a tutorial somewhere?
How many websites can I host on the $5 plan?

On your first question. I would recommend opening a ticket with our support team and they can answer that definitively. In general, coupon codes are valid for 1 year from when they are issued so if it has been less than that then there should not be any issue.

You receive full root access to each droplet you create so there is no limit to the number of sites you place on a droplet apart from the available disk space. Running WordPress on a 512MB droplet is not generally recommended but with a swap file it should not be a problem unless you are seeing a large amount of traffic.

    If I buy the 1GB plan how many websites can I host and how do I host multiple sites? using the Wordpress one click image?

      The number of sites you can host is determined by the traffic those sites will see. Since it would take a large number of standard WordPress sites to use up the 30GB of disk space with the 1GB plan the determining factor is how much traffic, not how many sites. The tutorial linked in my last response will guide you in setting up additional virtualhosts, then you can install a WordPress instance for each.
