I have a problem on accessing my digital ocean dashboard?

After I log in to my account. It’s an all-white screen when I was redirected to this URL It’s been 24 hours since I cannot access my projects inside the cloud.digitalocean.

I also have a problem with my space storage. I cannot access the CDN files in space without using VPN. Which is I think really is a problem and btw my region is in SGP. I have already submitted a ticket about this issue but since then I haven’t got a response and there is something I should do the right way to configure my cloud.

What you can try is to access the account using a different browser and also disable any add-blockers that you may have running in the main browser as well.

If you’ve already tried this and still experiencing the issue you can also pass me the ticket reference number and I can then check this for you with our support team.
