I have an existing hosting provider. I am not so sure about comparing your service and hardware feature with the one that I have. Can I show you the specification that I am currently using, and you tell me what should I choose in Digital Ocean to replace the current service that I am using? My current application is running on Linux Apache MySQL and PHP.

It all depends on what you are comparing. For example if you are using a web hosting company that provides hosting based off something like cPanel or a dedicated server, it would be like comparing apples and oranges.
