I have credit in my account but I'm still receiving billing email notification
Hi, I have enough amount in my credit but almost everyday I’m receiving this email:
We couldn’t process your payment
We’ll try to charge your credit card again over the next few days. If your details have changed, please update your billing information under Settings to avoid suspension.<^>
and the fun part is, when I click on View Invoice button, I will get this error:

Why DO doesn’t deduct money from my credit because I don’t want DO have my credit card information.
