I have github student develop pack and register an new DigtalOcean account just now.
Then, when I insert promo code on my profile page, i found this error (Account not eligible to use this promo code.)
Please Give Me Advice How To Use Coupon

We cannot help you much, since this is the community forum, but open a ticket through the control panel. The support team has the possibility to see why that promo code doesn't work with your account.
If you are having trouble with coupon code please try to this code . It has worked for more that 5 peoples in my group .

(Note :- If you have applied one promo code and now you are trying to use another one , then it is not possible . You have to go with the payment option or create new account and use that promo code .)
