any option to recover the snapshot, it showing panic error, i dont know the root cause

Can you clarify what you’re attempting to do? Your question is a little unclear as your title indicates that there is no snapshot and your question itself is referring to a snapshot.
i have run find . type -f chmod -R 644 {} /; in root folder, after that /bin permission denied , then required reboot , then rebooted at that time volume have missed , no snapshots for my droplet , in this case possible to retrieve the volume.
