I have no mail with access info

Hi! After creating droplet letter with access info did not come. Is this only one way to get it? And what should I do?

You should be able to reset your root password under your Droplets view.

  1. Select the droplet you wish to password reset.
  2. Go to Access, then Reset Root Password.

You’ll probably want to check your spam folder just in case.

  • There is no messages in spam folder. And no messages after first reset.
    On second reset password finally came. But there is no other info access. Server address, login, where can I find that?

  • @lexmitin The IP address can be found in the control panel, where you reset the password. The default username is root
