I can connect to the VPN server but I’m not sure how to add Internet service to the tunnel. ? Can I connect my router to This Server for a privateconnection ?

What I could suggest here is to use the 1-Click installation from the Marketplace for the OpenVPN Access Server:
https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/openvpn-access-server
That way you will not have to do any manual configuration at all as everything will be pre-configured for you.
All that you would need to do is to download a VPN client and connect by following the instructions here:

Deploy a Droplet from the Marketplace and log on using SSH.

During setup an admin user and password will be set.

Next log on to the admin web interface of your droplet, for example: https://123.45.67.89:943/admin/

If you see any SSL certificate warnings, that is normal, please override them.
