I just overdue 8days my payment and my website is not working now even I paid already.

The droplet itself is working and it lights green light but my website is not working. Do I have to wait after payment?

  • If the droplet is working then contact the person who set'up your website to get it working again as well. Digitalocean only handles the availability of the servers you rent not the websites you host on those servers.

  • I am the one who set up my website. I dont know what is wrong with it. Should work fine.
