All I did was send a new password to my email. My website has not come back online since. I turned the server off and on, I reissued a new password again while it was off and nothing works.

Hello,
Are you able to connect to your server via SSH as described here:
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/how-to/connect-with-ssh/
If you can connect via SSH then it sounds like your web service did not start. If you are using Nginx or Apache you would need to start it using systemctl start nginx or if you are using Apache: systemctl start apache2.
In case that you are not using one of those, can you give some more information regarding your setup? Are you using Node.js or another framework?
Best,
Bobby
