I just signed up, paid initial $5 fee but can't get started?

I just signed up for a DigitalOcean account. It had me enter a payment method and I paid $5 which it said would be redirected to future billing. Now it just says “Registration Complete! Welcome to DigitalOcean!” with the spin icon spinning with nothing progressing. I can’t access droplets or anything. I tried to access projects but just kept getting redirected to this ‘Registration Complete’ page.
