I upsized from the $5 to $10 plan for my Droplet. And now getting 502 Bad Gateway error. So Frustrating!!!

I installed Wordpress with Caddy on CentOS 7 - everything was going well until I decided to upsize my droplet. Right after that the 502 error happened. I’m not sure where I should be looking and what (error?) logs I tried here
$ ls -l /var/log
