What is the reason for this report?

I'm locked out of my account and I'm not receiving email from DO.

Hi. As the title says, my password to login to DO isn’t working and I’ve tried the “password reset” link and I’m not receiving an email. I’ve checked my mail logs and it looks like there hasn’t been a connection attempt from DO. I’ve submitted a ticket, but I also haven’t received anything (perhaps you guys have a firewall blocking my mailserver’s IP range?)

There doesn’t appear to be a support phone number or live chat, so how can I go about getting my password reset? Should I…mail you a letter?

When did you submit a ticket?

An hour-ish ago? I don’t know exactly because I didn’t get the confirmation. I’m talking to support via email from another email address.
