I referred a friend by his email, and he’s registered and using digitalocean basic plan by same email id, however i haven’t get any referral bonus for this.

You can check the status of your referrals by going to your control panel here > then click on Account > then hit the Referrals button. At the bottom of the page, you can see all of the information regarding your referral status.
Note that you will get your referral bonus once they’ve spent $25, you’ll get $25. There is no limit to the amount of credit you can earn through referrals.
