I'm on billing hold after my payment has been cleared
I was on billing hold because I was a little late on my payment. I added credit to my account and a few minutes later I received confirmation that my payment has been accepted and has been applied to my account.
I needed to increase my disk space so I deleted my server to create a new droplet but now I can’t create the new droplet because my account is on hold.
Support won’t answer tickets. Will I lose my IP address?
