What is the reason for this report?

I'm still waiting for support

I got in contact with support (ticket 03275009), and the technician requested for confirmation to mitigate the problem, but this way this morning. However, it’s not just a few hours, since I’ve been dealing with this problem for multiple day, so I need someone to please take of the ticket immediately. Thanks,
