As specified above, I’m using Ubuntu 16.04. And I need this server to be rebooted at 0:00 on every night. Please help me with this situation. Thanks in advance.

I would just use a cron job:
Edit your crontab as root:
crontab -e
The first time you might have to choose your preferred editor (like vim)
Add this line:
0 0 * * * /sbin/shutdown -r
