I/O errors

Posted on May 28, 2013

My Ubuntu 12.10 instance failed with the following errors. According to DO support, it is an issue with my VM, not the host. Did anyone else experience this? I think it is a bit dodgy, as it was quite a vanilla install running almost idle (apart from a single “wget” cronjob once an hour).

At the moment I am running fio tests to see whether I can recreate the issue (according to this thread; https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=549981 )
