I set up a LEMP one click droplet and tried to paste the IPv4 into the browser and all I see is:
Please log into your Droplet with SSH to configure the LEMP installation. See the LEMP One-Click Quickstart guide for detailed assistance.
I was told I could “view the LEMP instance immediately by visiting the Droplet’s IP address in your browser.”
Is this my instance? Doesnt seem to be anything to me at the moment… do I need to configure something else before I can see anything?

maybe see if it’s a firwall issue, try sudo ufw disable to disable it or telnet port 80.
