I've deleted all my droplets, yet I'm still being charged every month

I’ve totally switched servers and have shut down all droplets. I deactivated my account for 3 months and noticed that I’m still being charged $6 per month from Digital Ocean. Why? How?

How do I shut this account down and stop getting charged for something I’m not using?
