I've entered promo code from the radio-t podcast but it doesn't work

I've listened this podcast from 2.22.2016(seems to be fresh) and heard about 10$ for free by promo to my account and decided to try your cloud but it said me:

Invalid Promo Code
Code has expired

Is it something from your side or I've done smth wrong?

That's no good. Please open a ticket with our support team and they can take a look. If you heard it on a podcast we are currently sponsoring than it should still be good and they can help correct the problem.
