I’ve paid 5$ and account currently Locked, ?! Why ?! And no one Support me ?!

Hello! There is an open verification ticket on your account where our support team has requested additional information. You should have received an email with this as well. You can either reply to support@digitalocean.com or access the ticket from the control panel to complete this process and activate your account.
