I want to cancel my account. How can I do this? I try in my profile but it does not work.

Before you can deactivate your account you first must delete any active services (droplets, block storage) on your account. Once you have done click your avatar in the top right of the page and choose "Settings" and click deactivate account.

This does not work. it says that its FORBIDDEN. I have no active droplets or services and deleted everything, also i have no debt. HOW do you cancel this??

Had the same issue -I was part of a team, had to deactivate the team as well. Pretty inefficient and clunky would expect better from DO.
