DO is an infrastructure as a service provider. They do not provide managed email hosting and it is strongly recommended that you seek managed email hosting if you are not accustomed to hosting your own email services. Generally it’s worthwhile to pay for a G Suite account or look at alternatives such as Migadu, Fastmail, Zoho etc.
