Im trying to validate my account but it says "wrong zip/postal code"

Like it says in the title, when i try to set my credit card, it says wrong zipcode and i did put the zipcode right. I'm from Santiago, Dominican Republic, and even if i set another credit card and everything nothing works.

Any help, please?
