Im trying to validate my account but it says "wrong zip/postal code"

Like it says in the title, when i try to set my credit card, it says wrong zipcode and i did put the zipcode right. I’m from Santiago, Dominican Republic, and even if i set another credit card and everything nothing works.

Any help, please?

This you will need to submit a support ticket with the Billing Department.

It may sound very common but it’s necessary to check it several times. Once my postal code changed and I wasn’t notified of it. It’s not a common situation, of course, but visit this site, find your address and make sure you type the right code.
