No, it doesn’t help. I did it but still getting the same. 1 year??? when you are going to fix it? And more, I can’t create a new account, because it already requires personal identification.

If you deactivated your account and reactivated it, Just simply add your bank card or do a prepayment of any amount using Paypal then your problem will be fixed :)

We have currently identified an issue with reactivating a previously deactivated account, in which one is not able to fully utilize the service even after adding a billing profile to the account. I will update this post when the problem has been resolved.
