We have currently identified an issue with reactivating a previously deactivated account, in which one is not able to fully utilize the service even after adding a billing profile to the account. I will update this post when the problem has been resolved.

  • Just ran in to this issue on May 25th after reactivating my account. Is there any fix? I am currently unable to create a droplet with my credit.

  • I have the same problem . Please Complete Registration . How to complete that registration ??? . Someone give any proper answer . I already set up my credit cart and got billed. And nothing.

so, its basically inform a credit card

If you deactivated your account and reactivated it, Just simply add your bank card or do a prepayment of any amount using Paypal then your problem will be fixed :)

No, it doesn’t help. I did it but still getting the same.
1 year??? when you are going to fix it?
And more, I can’t create a new account, because it already requires personal identification.
