Inconsistent SSL Certificates - Ubuntu 20.x, Apache

For my domain, I am getting flaky SSL errors. On certain visits, users are reporting SSL Certificate expired error.

I validated this with third party SSL sites and indeed in certain requests, SSL cert shows expired on 25th April.

However, when I run certbot certificates, it shows

Found the following certs:
  Certificate Name:
    Expiry Date: 2021-06-25 02:59:14+00:00 (VALID: 60 days)
    Certificate Path: /etc/letsencrypt/live/
    Private Key Path: /etc/letsencrypt/live/

This is sort of a conflicting evidence piling up. Can someone help with this please.

DO support has been unresponsive for hours now.

Hi there,

I’ve just ran an SSL check for the website and the SSL certificate seems to be valid. I used the following SSL checker website:

Which third-party system did you use to check the SSL certificate and got the incorrect expiry date?
