I have a droplet with Nginx & RTMP server on it, today i install OpenVPN server and the Nginx rtmp server don’t accept connections, i think the Firewall close the port or some like that, anyone can help me?

Did you configure a firewall when you installed OpenVPN? Can you post the output of the following command, or the one after it if you get an error?
sudo ufw status
sudo iptables -L -n -v
